Orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail. Once the package has been shipped, Sio Ceramics is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS directly for any issues regarding your shipment.
Domestic & International Orders
Sio Ceramics ships domestically & internationally through USPS.Â
Lead Times
Retail orders ship within 5 business days after payment has been received for your order. Some items are made to order and will ship out within 3-4 weeks of our receipt of your order. Those items are pre-orders and are all indicated in their item listings.
