All orders ship via USPS First Class mail. Once the package has been shipped, Sio Ceramics is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS directly for any issue regarding your shipment.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, USPS deliveries are taking a bit longer than usual. We are so sorry for all delays and are doing our best to get everything shipped in a timely manner.

International Orders

Lead Times

Retail orders ship within 5 business days after payment has been received for your order.

Some items are made to order and will ship out within 3-4 weeks of our receipt of your order. Those items are pre-orders and wholesale orders, and are all indicated in their item listings.



If your order was damaged in the mail, please email (1) a photo of each damaged product, and (2) a photo of the package as you received it to sioceramicsdc@gmail.com. We will send a replacement product to you ASAP and file a claim with USPS.


Wholesale orders are not eligible for a refund. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, and not after. To exchange products, items must be in new, unused condition in all original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for additional exchange shipping fees.
